  42.  He envisioned him as a man warped(distorted) by life,enfeebled(made weak or feeble) by surrender to greed and lust.
  43. Where did he find his model? in a Tavern(inn or public house)
  44. How did he find him? as a gaunt(made thin by hunger or illness).He fell on the floor.He begged,""Wine, wine.""
  45. When he looked into a face  it seemed to bear the marks of every sin of mankind.
  46. What did the painter do? He helped him to his feet, that shameless person.
